About SURCOD
Development led with communities, not delivered to them.
SURCOD is a Malawian non-governmental organisation working with rural communities to create sustainable livelihoods and lasting improvements in people's lives.
Our participatory approach brings community members, local structures, government institutions, volunteers and development partners together to identify priorities and build solutions that communities can own and sustain.

A Malawi where rural communities are self-sustaining, healthy, empowered and equal, know their rights, and lead their own development initiatives.
